Ideally 2 years of working experience in EU-funded and similar projects.

Key expert 3: Legal Advisor in Civil Society Development
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate degree in law, social sciences and/or relevant fields.
Good knowledge of Project Cycle Management and the procedures of EU funds.
Fluent in English and have full computer literacy.
General professional experience:
Ideally 10 years of professional experience in international development and cooperation within 5 years related to providing technical assistance to governmental bodies and drafting and upgrading legislation working on public/civil sector partnership approaches.
Specific professional experience:
Ideally 3 years of experience in EU funded projects in pre-accession countries.
Ideally 3 years of experience in public/civil sector in legal approaches, preferably in Turkey.
Key expert 4: Civil Society Training and Communication Expert
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate degree in law, social sciences and/or relevant fields.
Good knowledge of Project Cycle Management and the procedures of EU funds.
Fluent in English and have full computer literacy.
Turkish language is an asset.
General professional experience:
Ideally 10 years of professional experience in international development preferably related with at least five in the management of training and communication system.
Specific professional experience:
Ideally 3 years of training and communication experience of EU-funded projects in pre-accession countries.
Ideally 3 years of practical experience in the management of EU-funded programmes.
Ideally 2 years of experience related to the design of the tools for the promotion of best practices, awareness raising of public/civil sector, preferably in Turkey.
