Position Description : The Team Leader will be responsible for overall management of the project and coordination/carrying out all capacity building events. This responsibility will include development/control of work/project plans and implementation schedules, monitoring of operation activities, development and finalisations of contractual and technical reports. At the technical front, team leader's inputs will be on the policy level. S/he will be responsible for the interaction between the key-experts, non-key experts and RCP-CID. S/he will be also responsible for providing regular progress briefings to the SMC members at the SMC meetings and SC meetings. In addition the TL should:

- Co-ordinate project management and implementation, including liaison with RCP-CID on technical matters.
- Manage the TAT and draw up team's schedule of activities and work/project plans.
- Ensure that the project outputs are in accordance with the ToR.
- Define measurable indicators and control procedures for operation monitoring and evaluation.
- Carrying out capacity building events such as training programmes, study visits, internships etc.
- Carrying out preparation of TNAs and development of training curricula.
Qualifications And Skills : - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering or equivalent. In the absence of this degree, min. 15 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Full computer literacy
- Excellent comand of English (writing, reading and speaking)
- Turkish will be an asset
General Professional Experience : - Preferably 15 years but minimum 10 years of professional experience
Specific Professional Experience : - Preferably 10 years but minimum 5 years experience as a Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader/Project Manager/Coordinator in a project/programme funded under EU Pre-Accession Instruments or Structural Funds
- Experience in international projects or programmes preferably in EU funded programmes involving experts from multi-cultural experience implemented under PRAG
- Experience in a Contracting Authority managing EU funds will be an asset
