Position Description : The expert is proposed to mainly carry out the following (non-exhaustive list) activities:
-To be responsible for providing guidance and advice for the seminars and meetings to be conducted with stakeholders and tradesmen and craftsmen
-To be responsible for ensuring networking and cooperation between tradesmen and craftsmen
-To ensure networking among all relevant stakeholders including employees and employers
-To be responsible for increasing service-delivery capacities of training and consultancy centres
-To be responsible for facilitation and coordination of current situation analysis and development of the capacity building plan
-To coordinate activities regarding guidance on adaptability of tradesmen and craftsmen
-To provide guidance for the Regional Workgroups and the Policy Group etc. to be established at local and central level and to contribute to the development and preparation of the Strategy Paper
-To be responsible for coordination of the improvement capacity for the Training and Consultancy Centres
-To contribute to the development of the inception, interim and progress reports
-To undertake other tasks that will be assigned by the Team Leader
Qualifications And Skills : -Bachelor degree in one of the fields of economic and administrative sciences education, social sciences or in the absence of such a degree at least 10 years of working experience in one of the fields: business management, public administration and training
-Excellent command of written and spoken English
-Full computer literacy
-Master degree in economics and administrative sciences, business administration or human resources management will be an asset
General Professional Experience : -Preferably 7 but a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management. -Preferably 3 but a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the field of SMEs business consulting
Specific Professional Experience : -Experience in at least two institutional capacity building projects
-Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of developing business strategy for SMEs
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of designing, developing and/or implementing capacity building and/or adaptability measures of the SMEs
-Experience in designing and/or implementing training programme will be an asset
