Position Description : The Assistant Office Manager (AOM) works under the Office Manager (OM), and reports to the Team Leader (TL). With regards to the tasks to be performed, financial and other information received/collected is to be translated into a format in line with project requirements and suitable for the reporting required by the TL and HO.

Overall responsibility for providing support to TAT, including:
•Secretarial function during meetings; drafting agendas, drafting minutes and correspondence,
•Interpretation during smaller meeting where simultaneous translation is not included,
•Translation of shorter documents, QA of documents translated outside,
•Meeting arrangements and invitations,
•Coordination of travel arrangements including flights, hotel bookings etc. travel arrangements for participants (if from outside Ankara) This work will be performed in close cooperation with a travel agency, event’s organizer and liaison with participants and Non Key Experts (NKEs).
•Assisting in the preparation of candidacies of NKEs
•Support TAT in practical matters
•Assist the OM during periods of heavy workload
•Any other duties given by TL, PD or OM
•Reports to OM and TL

 
Qualifications And Skills : •Education: A University or higher education degree on any relevant field
•Language: Good command of spoken and written English, as well as Turkish
•Experience: Preferably experience in a similar position in an internationally operating company or project, previous experience with the Beneficiary MoNE is advantageous
•Computer: Knowledge of present-day accounting systems; good command of Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, and other commonly used programs
