Expected Period/Duration : 18 months
Position Description : The expert is proposed to mainly carry out the following (non-exhaustive list) activities:
•To coordinate the overall management and implementation of the contract,
•To be the main contact person for all communication with the relevant institutions/actors including the Beneficiary and the Contracting Authority,
•To prepare and/or supervise and transmit the reports to the relevant authorities,
•To be responsible for management of the TA team members and allocation of duties among experts for the efficiency and success of the contract,
•To assign non-key experts, to draft their mission letters and to plan the budget for their tasks,
•To prepare work plans and implementation schedules for the implementation of the contract,
•To ensure timely submission of all project outputs as required,
•To monitor overall implementation of the contract.
Qualifications And Skills : -Bachelor degree in one of the fields of economic and administrative sciences, education, social sciences or in the absence of such a degree minimum 15 years of working experience in one of the fields
-Excellent command of written and spoken English
-Full computer literacy
-Master degree in business administration or human resources management will be an asset.
General Professional Experience : -Preferably 10 but a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management -Preferably 4 but a minimum 2 years of experience as team leader and/or managerial position (in the Contractor Side) in implementation projects.
Specific Professional Experience : -Preferably 7 but a minimum 5 years of experience as a manager in one of this fields: human resources management and/or business management and/or education
-Minimum 2 years of experience in the fields of active labour market measures or human resource development,
-Experience in the field of youth employment or social inclusion would be an asset.
