Position Description : The expert is proposed to mainly carry out the following (non-exhaustive list) activities:
•To be main responsible for design, planning and implementation of all activities regarding training,
•To be responsible for development and preparation of the training modules and related materials,
•To be responsible for facilitation and coordination of Needs Analysis,
•To ensure close cooperation with the Beneficiary and all relevant stakeholders regarding training activities,
•To guide and ensure coordination among and the non-key training experts regarding planning and delivering of the trainings,
•To monitor the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the trainings,
•To contribute to the development of the inception, interim and progress reports,
•To undertake other tasks that will be assigned by the Team Leader.
 
Qualifications And Skills : -Bachelor degree in one of the fields of educational sciences, social sciences or in the absence of such a degree, at least 12 years of working experience in the field of education and/or training sector.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English
-Full computer literacy
-Master degree in educational sciences will be an asset.
 
General Professional Experience : -Preferably 10 but a minimum of 7 years of professional in area of education and/or training Specific professional experience -Preferably 7 but a minimum 5 years of training experience including design and/or implementation of trainings, including training of trainers. -Experience in the field of employment will be an asset.
 
Specific Professional Experience : -Preferably 7 but a minimum 5 years of training experience including design and/or implementation of trainings, including training of trainers.
-Experience in the field of employment will be an asset.
