Position Description : Job Description: Specialty Foods Expert will be in charge of first and second activities under the Component A of the Project and the second activity under the Component C of the Project. S/he will also provide substantive inputs in networking activities, defined in B.4 and branding and promotion activities, defined in B.3. Key Expert 2 is expected to work full-time during the entire life-span of the Project. S/he will perform his duties in full coordination with the Team Leader
Qualifications And Skills : Bachelor, Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administrative Sciences or Engineering (i.e. Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Engineering). In absence of mentioned degree, bachelor’s degree in any other field together with 10 years of relevant professional experience will be accepted.
Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing), Turkish will be an asset.
Full computer literacy
Turkish will be an asset
General Professional Experience : Minimum of 10 years of professional experience and more will be considered as asset up to 15 years of professional experience
Specific Professional Experience : Preferably 7 years, but a minimum of 5 years of experience in the projects/programmes/organizations/institutions in food industry,
Preferably 5 years, but a minimum of 3 years of experience related to promotion/marketing and/or branding preferably in the food industry.
At least 1 year of experience in branding of any food products (e.g. branding strategies; brand positioning; new brand development; creation of brand name and company logo; image campaign; brand advertising)
