Position Description : Job Description: Product Development Expert will be in charge of the third activity under the Component A of the Project as well as the first activity under the Component C of the Project. S/he will provide substantive inputs for competency assessment (defined in B.1) and role models programme (defined in C.2). S/he will play an instrumental role in envisioning the transformation of “local tastes” to be identified during A.1 into commercially marketable specialty food products S/he will perform his duties in full coordination with the Team Leader.
 
Qualifications And Skills : Bachelor, Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administrative Sciences or Engineering (i.e. Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Engineering). In absence of mentioned degree, bachelor’s degree in any other field together with 10 years of relevant professional experience will be accepted.
Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing), Turkish will be an asset.
Full computer literacy
 
General Professional Experience : Minimum of 10 years of professional experience and more will be considered as asset up to 15 years of professional experience
 
Specific Professional Experience : Preferably 7 years but a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development
Preferably 5 years, but a minimum of 2 years of product development experience in food industry in the projects/programmes/organizations/institutions
