Position Description : Under the supervision of the Team Leader (TL) and KE2, the Junior Local Coordinator (Ankara) is intended to be assigned for the following duties:
- Building close contacts with the potential target groups in order to determine suitable trainees for several activities
- Ensuring the selection of the trainees in a transparent fashion in accordance with the terms of reference
- Contacting candidate trainees and coordinating their participation in the respective training programme
- Making logistics plans to ensure the high participation level of the target groups
- Ensuring compliance with EU Visibility rules in all training workshops
- Collecting feedbacks from all training participants and compiling feedback reports

Activities:
- To liaise with HAK-İŞ and MÜSİAD at local level in Ankara.
- To contact candidate trainees and coordinate their participation in the respective training programme
- To make a list of participants for each training sessions, plan and inform the related parties about the vacant training sessions and ensure the required participation from participants for each training session
- To ensure the timely and qualitative feedbacks from all training participants
- Other activities as necessary
 
Qualifications And Skills : - Advanced university education, at least Bachelor’s degree,
- Computer literate (Windows Office tools, Internet),
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and in a multicultural environment,
- Excellent reporting skills,
- Native in Turkish and a good command of English,
- Prior undertaking of similar assignments will be considered as an asset.
 
General Professional Experience : - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in relevant areas, especially in social projects involving communication and capacity building skills.
 
Specific Professional Experience : - Minimum 3 years, of proven experience in relevant areas, especially in social projects involving communication and capacity building skills,
- Extensive experience in communicating with sectors, private sector and trade unions,
- Experience in providing logistics support during the implementation phase of the Project,
- Work experience in any trade union confederation or employer organization is an asset.
- Strong coordination skills,
- Regional working experience in the EU-funded projects is an asset.
