Strategy and Policy Development
Strategy development services are provided for government bodies for the development, design and implementation of sectoral restructuring and reform programs and privatization programs. Assistance is also provided for the development of legal aspects of public restructuring programs.

Planning and Implementation
Technical assistance and support are provided in the strategic planning and implementation of public restructuring programs; especially in the privatization programs and the restructuring of financing and service delivery systems in the health sector, development of health insurance schemes.

Formulating rural and/or urban development models and perspectives from physical, social and economic points of view; industrial and social growth and development research and consultancy services for the realization of medium/long term public and municipal investment projects.

Institutional Restructuring and Management  Development

Institutional Development
Services are provided to organizations on schemes for efficiency and effectiveness, improvement, re-engineering, the rationalization of activities, improved resource utilization and cost reduction programs. Consulting to both private and to public sector organizations on the development of strategic and corporate plans. Support is provided with subsequent implementation and project management.

Organizational Development
Assist organizations in coping with and adapting to changes in their environments by provision of consulting support for renewal and transition. Provide comprehensive and substantive services on General Management, Reorganization, Human Resources Management, Personnel and Pay Systems. Organize executive development seminars, workshops and simulation exercises for management development.

IT Strategies and Management Information Systems
Support to organizations with the development of IT strategy, systems efficiency reviews, project planning and control, software applications. Assistance and support to organizations in analyzing the information flow, assessment of suitability of the structure, developing improved information flow, management reporting and control systems. Design and development of new management/statistical information/reporting systems for institutional/sectoral scales.

Financial Management
Financial analysis and other financial indicators for clients, sensitivity analyses, financial management policy and credit/investment management tools. Review of the records, bookkeeping, retrieval systems and analysis of the existing accounting procedures. If necessary, improvement of existing or design of new accounting procedures to provide clear, timely and correct financial information on the activities of the institution in accordance with GAAP and IAAP. Advising on institution’s treasury management to ensure that the right amounts of cash resources are available in the right currency at the right time in the right place to minimize exposure to movements in exchange and interest rates.

Municipal Management Development
